- How to create space: Achieving the necessary space with both options to correct extremely crowded cases: Torque, Posterior Verticalization, IPR, Extractions
- Case studies and practical examples
- Reviewing real-life cases to understand the practical implications of using aligners and brackets.

- When and how to use one system or the other, and when to combine aligners and brackets to obtain optimal results
- Case selection criteria
- Identifying cases suitable for aligners, brackets, or a hybrid approach.
- Group discussion on case selection and planning. Macro movement in the three planes
- Analyzing every pathology from the right diagnosis and treatment plan, choosing between brackets or aligners

- How to deal with asymmetrical cases:
- In all the sagittal pathologies we will analyze the possibility of using TADs: Placement in the most common sites step by step: Inter-radicular, infrazygomatic crest, mandibular shelf: alternatives, different techniques, and common mistakes
